Our company Perfectly Put decided to reach out to Jillian with one goal in mind - to elevate our existing brand. We wanted to achieve a cohesive look and clear message in order to promote our services to the right demographic and grow the business.  

Before connecting with Jillian, we were struggling to find ways to take the business to the next level. We were overwhelmed, confused and felt stagnant. During our initial conversation, we let her know that we felt "stuck" and that our "look" was all over the place. We explained that our goal was to find a way to bring our brand to life and after our initial Discovery Call, we knew she'd be the one to do just that.

The process was everything we hoped for and more. We started off with a quick questionnaire which then led to a concise Proposal detailing everything that would be included with the service. Soon after, we received a Brand Strategy Presentation where Jillian went over every aspect of the document and spent time answering each question we had. She was patient and led the conversation in a very professional manner but also kept it fun and exciting for us.  
Our favourite part of working with Jillian was the fact that she kept us focused and calm throughout the entire process. At times, we were a bit nervous to try new things, but we trusted her approach and knew that she had our best interest in mind. 

We are so incredibly happy and satisfied with the final results of our Rebrand Project. It's amazing how with just one questionnaire Jillian was able to really identify our partnership and build a brand around our story. We are already seeing increased engagement levels, website taps, social media followers and more. We can only go "up" from here and we are so excited about this new journey.
